Java Developer

The position will be in support of the development of global enterprise workflow management systems. The position may require 10-25% travel both internationally and domestically.

Requirements:

  • 4 year University degree or masters in Computer Science or other technical discipline
  • Minimum 5 years experience
  • Experience using J2EE technologies to connect to relational databases and/or legacy systems required
  • Browser technologies such as Html, Java Scripts, CSS
  • Experience with global enterprise systems
  • Experience with classic waterfall and iterative development methodologies

Preferences:

  • Knowledge/experience with AJAX, , Apache Struts, Freemarker
  • Experience in any of the following is a plus:
    • Linux
    • RPG programming on AS400 systems
    • Writing Apache Ant scripts
    • Using Eclipse as an IDE
    • Object-oriented analysis and design
    • Tomcat, JBoss, JBPM

Data Architect/DBA

The position will be in support of the development of a global enterprise workflow management system. This position may require 25-75% travel both internationally and domestically.

Requirements

  • 4 year University degree or masters in Computer Science or other technical discipline
  • Minimum 5 years experience
  • Experience with DB schema design
  • Experience with various relational DB including DB2, Oracle, MS SQL, and MySQL
  • Browser technologies such as Html, Java Scripts, CSS

Preferences:

  • Experience with designing data architectures across multiple heterogeneous systems including maintaining data synchronization
  • Experience with DB tuning and optimization
  • Experience with JDBC, etc
  • Experience with global enterprise systems
  • Analyzing and mapping legacy schema

Instructional Designer

Principal duties include the design and development of integrated learning and knowledge management solutions. Responsibilities include needs analysis, task analysis, content analysis, knowledge engineering, instructional design, and assessment of learner performance. The Candidate will participate and lead customer meetings and interviews to obtain training requirements and needs. This position will require 40-60% travel both internationally and domestically.

Requirements

  • 4 year University degree or masters in Computer Science or other technical discipline
  • Experience designing several training methods such as instructor-led, web-based and computer-based materials/courses
  • Experience in the creation of technical documentation that specifies learning objectives, measures of learning, design specifications and learning impact
  • Experience in creating and implementing measures to track outcomes, evaluate effectiveness of training, and ensure alignment to business objectives
  • Plan and manage instructional design projects using internal and/or vendor resources
