Material Authenticity Tracking and Reporting (MATR®)
The MATR® suite of tools provide customers with continual vision within their existing supply chain together with tools and processes to uniquely “mark” product components, products and packaging. Beginning pre-production, these establish the provenance of a given product for authentication and awareness anywhere in the world.
MATR® components are designed to integrate within your supply chain support infrastructure, through business process analysis along the product line and production facility assessments. MATR® works with and without immediate electronic access to assure remote integrity and safety for consumption.
MATR® delivers the following capabilities:
- Assigns and manages unique marks to components, finished goods and packaging
- Tracks marked goods from initial supplier to consumer, confirming integrity and locations
- Workflow, product component/assembly/movement management
- Consumer Product Safety and Regulatory compliance
- Quality Assurance/Content tracking
- Extensive reporting options including the ability to trace the distribution of components into products (to the lot level or to the individual item level), and for a given item, to trace the lot/source for each component of the product
Most companies employ a mix of off-the-shelf and custom applications applied at different places and times along the supply chain with varying degrees of insight, compliance or awareness. Cognitive Solutions tailors the MATR® solution for your individual business needs. The implementation of MATR® empowers your business with real-time supply chain integrity and constant visibility, dynamic regulatory compliance across multiple governing bodies and multi-faceted consumer groups while eliminating redundancy and streamlining processes, productivity and providing cost improvement. We enable technologies to directly impact and improve operations and disparate supply chain components to function for one purpose without the interruption and rationalization of missing or wrong information.
